TJ’s Planter’s Punch

Sun’s out, shades and shorts on. What better way to kick off the weekend than with a refreshing Jamaican cocktail. Planter’s Punch is a summer favourite of our customer’s here @ The Lime Kiln. There’s a few different variations but here’s how we like it in TJ’s!

  • 50ml dark rum
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • 75ml orange juice
  • Juice of half a lime

You can add/reduce the sweet and sour to suit your tastes! Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice (lots of ice). Serve with orange or fresh pineapple. Enjoy!
