Due to continued success and growth of The Lime Kiln Gastropub we are looking to fill a number of key positions in our kitchen.
Food production Chef/Cook (Night Shift)
Chef/Cook required to assist in production of our “To Go” food products and deli counter. Some restaurant prep will be required also. The candidate must be ambitious and ready to take our current offering to the next level and beyond.
- HACCP trained and adheres to food hygiene standards at all times
- Be hard working, passionate about food
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and diligent
- Knowledge of ordering, stock control and waste management
- Attention to detail
- Excellent planning, organizing skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
